Join us as we Worship in Pink during the month of October to raise awareness about breast cancer! Come to church to worship with friends, family members and neighbors while also sharing educational information about breast cancer and the life-saving message of early detection!  All are invited to attend any of our four Worship in Pink services. We will come together to recognize and honor our breast cancer survivors for their courage and pray for those who have lost their lives to breast cancer.  Wear a pink ribbon or pink clothing to show your support.

Dig for the Cure
Lake Travis High School

The Lake Travis High School volleyball team is excited to host its 5th annual Dig for the Cure on Tuesday, Oct. 9th. The game will take place at Lake Travis High School starting at 6 p.m. The purpose of this event is to educate and raise awareness about breast cancer to our young players and families. Survivors will also be recognized at the game with pink roses!

Key to the Cure Launch Party

Join Sak’s Fifth Avenue in the fight against breast cancer as they host the Key to the Cure launch party on Thursday, Oct. 18 in partnership with NSIDE Magazine. The event will take place from 6 - 9 p.m. at the Arboretum store location.

Guests will enjoy complimentary food and beverages, live entertainment and a silent auction benefiting Komen Austin.  The evening will be emceed by Anne Hudson from KVET and YNN.  Tickets will be $15 online at https://getnside.ticketbud.com/key-to-cure and $20 at the door with 50% of proceeds benefiting Komen Austin.

This event will launch Sak's Fifth Avenue four-day charity shopping weekend that will take place Oct. 18 – 22. Komen Austin will receive 2% of the sales from the shopping event and through the sale of a limited edition T-shirt designed by Carolina Herrera.

The t-shirt will be available beginning Friday, October 1 and retailing for $35 in Saks stores, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH stores and on saks.com. 100% of the purchase price of each shirt sold will be donated to local charity partners.

Texas Mamma Jamma

The 4th annual Texas Mamma Jamma Ride will be held on Saturday, October 27 at Reunion Ranch Northwest of Austin. This recreational bike ride raises funds for LOCAL non-profit organizations that are dedicated to the fight against breast cancer and we are one of them! Beat the Juggernaut! Adventure Race

Breast cancer is a Juggernaut in today's world and we want to Beat the Juggernaut!  Beat the Juggernaut! is a 5K (3.1 mile) mud run obstacle event. The run will challenge you and make you laugh at the same time! Come out with family, friends and colleagues and share an experience that you will always remember! 15% of gross registration fees and 100% of gross fundraising by participants will be donated to Komen Austin or Komen San Antonio based on the participant's choice when registering.
